1. Eligibility

The "Unleash Your Tone" Guitar Month Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe & Australia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Positive Grid, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on April 1, 2025, and ends on April 30, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received after this period will not be considered. The winner will be randomly selected and notified via email on May 5, 2025. 

3. How to Enter

Participants can enter the Giveaway by completing the entry form here.

Only one (1) entry per action per person is allowed, excluding bonus entries. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate these Terms will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 10 days to claim their prize.
• If a winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, a new winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions

• Positive Grid reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity.
• Positive Grid is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or communication failures.
• By entering, participants agree to allow Positive Grid to use their responses for research and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
• The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Personal data collected for this Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Positive Grid’s Privacy Policy. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release Positive Grid from any liability related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
